Alexander Technique lessons

jan-atJan Moffat Osband is also a fully qualified Alexander Technique (AT) teacher and a member of the Society of Teachers of the Alexander Technique (MSTAT). She is the AT tutor on the CYS Yoga Teacher Training Course.

Alexander Technique is a way of training yourself to avoid strain, and to minimise injury:  mindfulness in action. It is particularly beneficial for you if you are aiming to:

  • Reduce neck, back or joint pain
  • Improve and enhance your performance, whether musical, dramatic or sporting
  • Deal with stress or anxiety
  • Avoid injury

Jan teaches Alexander Technique on an one-to-one basis from her home in Dunkeld, Perthshire. Lessons last 30 minutes and cost £25 each.

Your first lesson will be 40 minutes long, at no extra charge. This extended session is for you to tell Jan about yourself and for her to explain what to expect from lessons.
