She is the AT tutor on the CYS Yoga Teacher Training Course. Alexander Technique (mindfulness in action) is particularly beneficial to you if you want to avoid strain and minimise injury.

Jan teaches Alexander Technique on a one-to-one basis from her home in Dunkeld, Perthshire. Lessons last 30 minutes and cost £25 each.
Your first lesson will be 40 minutes at no extra charge. This extended session is for you to tell Jan about yourself and for her to explain what to expect from lessons.
